As the largest MTBE production device in North China, the C-4 fine chemical integrated device employs the patented technology of Honeywell UOP, and the process level is internationally leading. The high carbon olefin device is mainly used to produce nonene and dodecane. As the largest manufacturer of nonene in China, Xinxinyuan has a domestic market share of more than 75%. ETB device adopts internationally advanced new separation technology to mainly produce high-purity ETB. Xinxinyuan is currently the only manufacturer of this product in the world. The output of tert-butyl acetate ranks first in the country in terms of a single device; The diisobutyl aluminum hypophosphite device is independently developed by Xinxinyuan, and the core technology has reached the domestic advanced level. The production devices for tert-butanol, high-purity isobutylene, and diisobutylene have extended the company’s fine chemical industry chain, drawing a new picture of internal circulation. Xinxinyuan has broken the monopoly of foreign markets in multiple product fields and has made significant contributions to technical localization.
