In order to fully learn from the lesson of the "Yongju Coal Mine Office Building Fire Accident in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province", according to the safety production instructions of the group company, on the afternoon of November 17th, Xinxinyuan Company organized a special meeting on safety management improvement. The meeting was chaired by Li Dongfeng, the deputy general manager of the company, Feng Guowei, the deputy chief engineer, Tian Fengbin, the assistant general manager, and safety, equipment, and instrument and electrical professionals, A total of 20 people, including relevant leaders from various operating departments, participated.
At the beginning of the meeting, the manager of the safety management department, Fu Jin Guangtong, reported the situation of the "Yongju Coal Mine Office Building Fire Accident in Lvliang City, Shanxi", making clear requirements for daily hazard investigation, emergency evacuation and escape, maintenance and management of emergency facilities, and electricity safety. He emphasized that the main leaders of each department should fully play a leading role, implement the responsibilities of the first responsible person, and make specific arrangements for the cross inspection activities after the meeting.
Li Dongfeng, Deputy General Manager of the company, pointed out that cross inspection activities between departments should be continuously carried out. Management personnel at all levels should have a correct attitude, seriously rectify problem items, actively carry out self inspection and self correction activities based on case studies, learn from accident lessons, fully expose problems during inspections, continuously summarize experiences, and improve the company's safety management level through optimizing details.
After the meeting, each team carried out inspection activities according to the division of responsibilities, and the operating departments conducted cross inspections. Vice General Manager Li Dongfeng, Deputy Chief Engineer Feng Guowei, and General Manager Assistant Tian Fengbin led safety, equipment, and instrument and electrical professionals to conduct a systematic inspection of various departments and construction sites in terms of electricity safety, emergency equipment, and other aspects. A total of 45 issues were found in cylinder management, electricity safety, and fire hazards.
Through this cross inspection activity, the company promptly identified and eliminated potential risks in management, allowing departments to learn from each other, improve and progress together, laying a solid foundation for the continuous and in-depth development of the company's safety management improvement work, and providing strong guarantees for the company's safety development.
