The campaign closely adhered to the "Criteria for Determining Major Accident Hazards," with heads of each production and operational department leading department-level self-inspections. Identified issues were thoroughly analyzed to determine root causes, with designated personnel, responsibilities, and timelines for rectification, ensuring the practical application of the learned knowledge in daily operations.
On June 12, the company's general manager Wang Zheng led a team consisting of deputy general manager Li Dongfeng, senior engineer Feng Guowei, as well as professionals in safety, process, equipment, electrical instrumentation, and key leaders from various production departments. They organized a company-wide hazard inspection activity to delve deeper into identifying and addressing risks and hidden dangers, aiming to apply learning effectively, drive improvements through study, and enhance management efficiency.
Before the inspection began, General Manager Wang Zheng emphasized the importance of this hidden hazard investigation, urging all teams to effectively utilize the "practical insights" from the thematic lectures, meticulously verify against the inspection checklist, thoroughly uncover management loopholes, eliminate blind spots in hazard identification, and make every effort to purify the company's production safety environment.
This inspection was divided into four teams focusing on process, safety, equipment, and electrical instrumentation, with the aim of supervision and improvement. A systematic review was conducted across seven areas, including the promotion of the Safety Production Month campaign, the implementation of recent key documents, emergency management, and the supervision of special operations. Team leaders provided on-site guidance regarding prominent issues, requiring all departments to analyze identified hazards, conduct thorough self-inspections to draw broader lessons, formulate effective measures, and assign responsibility for rectification.
