Under the strong atmosphere created by multiple "Safety Production Month" series activities, Xinxinyuan Company organized a hidden danger investigation activity. Guided by the standards for major hazard sources, major hidden dangers, and liquefied hydrocarbons, each operating department organized a department level hazard self-examination led by department heads. Based on the problems, the reasons were analyzed, and personnel, responsibilities, and regular rectification were assigned.
On June 13th, led by the company's General Manager Wang Zheng, Vice General Manager Li Dongfeng, Assistant General Manager Tian Fengbin, Senior Engineer Feng Guowei, safety, process, equipment, electrical and instrumentation professionals, and major responsible persons from various operating departments jointly participated in organizing a company level hidden danger investigation activity, delving into and eliminating risks and hidden dangers, and effectively improving management efficiency.
Before the inspection began, General Manager Wang Zheng emphasized the importance of this hidden danger investigation, requiring each team to carefully check the inspection checklist, dig out management loopholes, clean up hidden danger blind spots, strengthen responsibility awareness, and improve the company's safety management level.
This inspection is divided into four groups: process, safety, equipment, and electrical instruments. With the purpose of supervision and improvement, a systematic inspection was conducted on seven aspects including the promotion of safety production month activities, system implementation, emergency management, special operations, and on-site equipment and facility management. The group leader conducted on-site lectures on prominent issues, requiring each department to analyze the discovered hidden dangers and draw lessons from them, formulate measures, and achieve "targeted treatment and cure the disease" to completely eliminate the signs of hidden dangers, curb accidents from the source, ensure "zero accidents" in safety production, and safeguard the safe development of the company.
