Recently, with the rise of temperature, the hidden danger risk of device thawing and condensation increased. In order to thoroughly investigate and eliminate the potential hazards and explore the energy saving space of daily antifreezing and anti-condensation work, Xinxinyuan Production and Operation Center organized company leaders and functional management personnel of various disciplines to conduct a comprehensive hidden danger inspection on the device site. Manager Liu Jia of the Production and Operation Center publicized and implemented the contents and key points of this inspection.
Through in-depth investigation by professional personnel, 24 potential hazards of the device were found and eliminated in time. At the same time, it explored the energy saving direction such as the optimized management of sewage discharge, the optimized adjustment of steam balance in the whole plant, and the reduction of heat loss in the boiler manhole area, which provided a new idea for the company's energy saving and emission reduction work.
