Recently, the digital and intelligent upgrade of Xin Xin Yuan Company's warehousing operations was successfully completed and put into operation. As one of the key management improvement projects for 2026, this transformation focused on digital transformation to comprehensively advance warehouse management model innovation, achieving a leap from traditional manual management to intelligent and digital management, thereby injecting new momentum into the company's lean management and high-quality development.
For a long time, warehouse management primarily relied on paper-based documentation and manual ledger records, resulting in issues such as low information transmission efficiency, cumbersome data statistics, and delayed inventory updates. To further enhance warehouse management capabilities, Xin Xin Yuan Company adopted a problem-oriented approach, prioritizing digital transformation. The company successfully implemented the Fypro Inventory Management System and deployed digital PDA terminals, enabling end-to-end online operation of warehouse processes.

During this renovation process, the company fully implemented the online handling of warehousing, outbound, and approval operations, completely eliminating traditional methods such as filling out, signing, and archiving paper outbound forms, achieving paperless flow in warehousing operations. Staff can now complete business applications, approvals, and inquiries through the system, significantly improving work efficiency and management standardization.

Meanwhile, the company has fully implemented the "one item, one code" management model at the warehouse site. Operators use PDA devices to scan and complete tasks such as material receipt, issuance, and inventory registration, ensuring real-time updates and immediate synchronization of inventory data. Relevant departments can log into the system at any time to check stock levels, material flow, and detailed records of receipts and issues, achieving information sharing and data transparency. This further enhances the accuracy and traceability of material management.
Digital transformation has not only enhanced management efficiency but also provided strong support for lean control. By leveraging the system's real-time data analysis capabilities, the company can more accurately monitor inventory dynamics, scientifically control inventory levels, promptly liquidate idle materials, and reduce capital tied up in inventory. Through intelligent measures, in the first half of 2026, the company reduced warehouse inventory by 2.45% year-on-year, effectively minimizing material idle time and capital stagnation, achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement in warehousing management.

From paper-based documents to digital data flow, from manual statistics to intelligent management, and from experience-based inventory control to data-driven decision-making, the successful implementation of Xin Xin Yuan Company's warehouse digital transformation project marks a new phase of digital and intelligent advancement in the company's warehouse management. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen its information technology achievements, further enhance supply chain management capabilities, and establish a more efficient, precise, and intelligent warehouse system to provide robust support for secure and stable production as well as accelerated development.
