In order to improve the awareness of safety responsibility of all staff and actively create the "safety production month" activity atmosphere, the safety management department of Xinxin Park Company organized the safety production month publicity and warning education, hidden danger investigation and management activities, and fundamentally improved the safety literacy of the team "speaking safety, emphasizing safety, understanding rules, obeying procedures, and knowing skills".


In the warm atmosphere created by the "publicity and warning education" activities, the company actively organizes and carries out hidden danger investigation activities to put what it has learned into practice. Before the company-level hidden danger investigation was carried out, the production and operation department organized a department-level hidden danger self-inspection from June 13 to 14, and the self-inspection center took site management as the focus and weak links as the starting point, and thoroughly rectified and corrected the problems found in the inspection from the root of the problem, injecting impetus into the continuous deepening of hidden danger investigation.


On June 15, the company's deputy general manager Li Dongfeng led the team, deputy chief engineer Feng Guowei, assistant general manager Tian Fengbin, safety, production, electrical equipment professionals and the main person in charge of the production department jointly participated in the principle of in-depth inspection of key parts, strict inspection of key problems, and detailed inspection of weak links, organized and carried out the company-level hidden danger investigation activities.

Before the inspection began, deputy general manager Li Dongfeng further emphasized the importance of safety responsibility and awareness, requiring the heads of departments and professional managers to dig management loopholes against the check list, directly inserted the key point of the problem, and clarified the inspection standards and requirements, and tied the pocket of the "main responsibility" and the fence of the system.
The inspection was divided into four groups: process, safety, equipment, and electrical instrumentation. For the purpose of management improvement, the seven aspects of the implementation of the responsibility system of each production department, training and education, special operations, and on-site equipment and facilities management were systematically inspected.




The inspection teams check the standards, item by item verification, of which there are more than 30 outstanding problems in field equipment management, construction operations, emergency treatment, electrical instrument management, etc. In view of the problems found, they adhere to the principle of "taking the point with the surface, drawing on one example and three examples" to implement rectification, completely eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents, contain accidents from the source, and promote the realization of the work goal of "zero accidents" in safety production.
