On June 11th and 15th, Operations Department 2 and Operations Department 3 respectively organized drills for hazardous chemical leakage and fire accidents. The drill simulates common risks in the production site, with department managers and team members participating in the battle and collaborating with each other. From discovering hidden dangers and reporting them to initial disposal and personnel evacuation, the entire process strictly follows the emergency plan disposal process. In the face of danger, members of each team responded quickly, handled accurately, and provided emergency rescue, effectively curbing the spread of the accident. After the drill, the Safety Management Department, based on the principle of "promoting improvement through practice", provided on-site guidance and correction for personnel protection, disposal details and other issues exposed during the disposal process, and put forward improvement suggestions to help the department fill the gaps in emergency response, effectively strengthening the practical experience of department level emergency response.
On June 17th, the company organized a comprehensive emergency drill for hazardous chemical production accidents. This drill simulated a sudden accident where the flange gasket at the inlet of the dehydrogenation unit reactor of the C4 fine chemical integrated unit leaked and caught fire due to uneven stress. After the "accident" occurred, the on-site personnel immediately activated the emergency alarm program, and the company's emergency command center quickly activated the emergency response program. The technical disposal and safety alert teams were immediately ready and entered the combat state. Under the precise dispatch of the command center, the disposal team dressed in professional protective equipment carried out orderly disposal work such as fire source control, evacuation and escape, and leak sealing. At the same time, they connected with the enterprise's fire rescue forces to build a linkage disposal system of "internal self rescue+external support". Through efficient and seamless cooperation among departments, the leak point was successfully sealed, the fire was thoroughly extinguished, the accident was comprehensively controlled, and the established target tasks of the drill were successfully completed.
After the drill, Li Dongfeng, the deputy general manager of the company, emphasized that all departments should further increase their attention to emergency drill work, focus on daily work, strengthen physical fitness, study disposal details, and pay close attention to training effectiveness, making emergency skills an instinctive response and continuously improving the overall emergency response level of the company.
The general manager of the company, Wang Zheng, affirmed the emergency drill and emphasized that emergency management is not an additional task, but a lifeline to ensure production and operation.
