With the National Day and the "Twentieth National Congress" approaching, in order to effectively improve the management level of safe production, ensure safe and stable production, and eliminate hidden dangers on the site, on September 28, Xinxinyuan Company organized and carried out a special safety inspection before the National Day and the "Twentieth National Congress". The company's general manager Wang Zhengdai, deputy general manager Li Dongfeng, deputy chief engineer Feng Guowei, safety, production, equipment A total of 20 electrical and instrument professionals and main heads of production departments participated in the inspection activities.
Before the inspection, Li Dongfeng further emphasized the importance of safety production management requirements, safety responsibilities and awareness during the National Day and the "Twentieth National Congress", and required the heads of all departments and professional managers to take the inspection seriously, dig out management loopholes according to the inspection standards, directly insert the key points of the problem, clarify the standards and requirements, and tighten the institutional cage.
This inspection was divided into four groups, namely, safety management, process management, equipment management and electrical and instrument management, to inspect the three operating departments simultaneously. Based on the Supervision and Inspection List of Major Hazard Sources, the inspection carried out a systematic inspection of the supporting documents of the safety management of the operating department, the safety management of key equipment and key parts on site, and the control of major hazard sources.
Each inspection team checked item by item against the standard and found more than 50 problems in the field equipment and facilities management, construction operation and electrical instrument management. In view of the essence of the problem analysis, adhere to the principle of "point to area, draw inferences from one instance" to implement the rectification, completely eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents, curb the occurrence of accidents from the source, and promote the realization of the work goal of "zero accident" in safety production, creating a good environment for the safety production during the National Day and the successful convening of the "Twentieth National Congress".
