Recently, Xinxinyuan Company obtained the Customs Advanced Certification Enterprise Certificate, making it the first and only enterprise in Huanghua City, Bohai New Area to pass this certification. Huanghua Port Customs held a certification ceremony at the company's site.
Companies certified as enterprises through advanced customs certification enjoy 49 joint incentive measures in 6 categories, including green channels, reduced inspections, priority processing, simplified procedures, important references, and reform pilot programs provided by 39 departments including the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the People's Bank of China. At present, China has achieved mutual recognition with 26 economies such as the EU, Japan, South Korea and 52 countries (regions), including 35 countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", 5 RCEP member countries and 13 Central and Eastern European countries.
The marketing department, comprehensive office and other departments of Xinxinyuan Company have closely cooperated to compile a complete set of management system documents that meet certification standards and strictly implement relevant requirements. Shijiazhuang Customs, Cangzhou Customs, Huanghua Port Customs and other departments conducted preliminary in-depth research on the company's management situation and organized special interpretation training on certification standard requirements. Customs certification personnel conducted strict audits of the company's internal controls, financial status, compliance regulations, trade security, and additional standards in accordance with the Customs Advanced Certification Enterprise Standard, and ultimately successfully passed on-site certification.
