On the afternoon of March 9, Xinxinyuan Company organized a special training on the construction of a dual prevention mechanism. A total of 11 people from operation department managers, post managers, HSE and related professional engineers participated. The training was given by Zhang Shuai from the Safety Management Department.
By comparing the standards and operating methods of the construction of the "dual control" system and the construction of the "dual" prevention mechanism, this training vividly explained the difference between the two. Starting from the typical problems exposed during the current work of each department, the misunderstandings of each department were corrected from the aspects of standard requirements and promotion measures. At the same time, the work plan and standards for the next stage were clarified, and the specific operation methods and precautions were explained in detail, which laid a solid foundation for the continuous and smooth progress of the two tasks.
